Watching the Red Sox I found myself wondering what it’s like to sit in the front row.
The best I’ve managed is row 20, which is somewhere between cool and a $5 hot dog.

Laying on my back, after deflecting off the wall, I realized there was no longer any light.

Half asleep and in bare feet, I descended the rug covered stairs with a thumping heart in my chest.
A dusty 40 watt failed to provide enough of a path to the baffling noise that woke me up in the first place.

The stronger gray branches hold the twining capillary offshoots that house buds ready to effloresce into spring.
I make it a point to gain a sense of this euphoric moment in nature during the bleak midwinter.
