The inclement surroundings were instantly subdued when direct eye contact confirmed the interosculation of their devoted hearts.

I had to work at this one – such a green and leafy photo for the outer icy world you describe. But I guess that’s the point.
I live in Ottawa, Canada, so I just look out my window to see the icy world. But you know, you made me notice how much green there is there too.
